Shipping & Return Policy (US Only)

1. Shipping Policy (U.S. Only)

Order Processing:
Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. holidays. Please allow 1- 2 business days for processing prior to shipment. During promotions or high-volume periods, processing may take up to 3 business days.

 

Shipping Coverage (U.S. Only):
We currently ship only within the United States, including Hawaii and Puerto Rico. We do not ship internationally at this time.

 

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times:
Shipping options and rates are shown at checkout. Estimated delivery times begin once your order ships:

  • Standard Shipping: 3 - 6 business days after shipment

  • Expedited Shipping: 1 - 3 business days after shipment

We ship using major carriers such as [UPS/FedEx/USPS]. Delivery times are estimates and not guarantees.

 

Free Shipping:
Free standard shipping is available on U.S. orders over $ 90 (after discounts and before tax). Orders below this amount ship at the standard rate shown at checkout.

 

Address Accuracy:
Please verify your shipping address carefully before submitting your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address entered at checkout. If you notice an error, contact us immediately at help@reveskin.com. We cannot guarantee changes once an order has been processed.

 

Tracking & Delivery Issues:
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking. If tracking shows “delivered” but you cannot locate your package, please contact the carrier first. If you still need help, email us within 7 days of the delivery scan.

 

Damaged or Incorrect Items:
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, notify us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number. We will replace the item or issue a refund.

 

Temperature / Transit Notice:
Our products are stable through standard shipping conditions. We recommend bringing packages indoors promptly after delivery to avoid prolonged heat or sun exposure.

Returns & Refunds Policy (U.S. Only)

Returns & Refunds Policy — 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee:

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return eligible products within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the purchase price.

 

No Exchanges:
We do not offer exchanges at this time. If you would like a different product, please place a new order and return the original item following the instructions below.

Eligibility:
Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery for items purchased directly from reveskin.com and shipped within the U.S. (including HI and Puerto Rico).

How to Start a Return

  1. Email help@reveskin.com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. We will provide return instructions and a prepaid U.S. return label.

  3. Please ship your return within 10 days of receiving the label.

 

Refunds:

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method after we receive and inspect your return.

  • Please allow 5 - 10 business days after receipt for processing.

  • Original shipping charges are not refundable, except when the return is due to our error (defective, damaged, or incorrect item).

 

Product Condition:
Returned products must be in acceptable condition. We reserve the right to limit or refuse returns that show excessive use, appear altered, or suggest return-policy abuse.

 

Exclusions:
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Final sale items clearly marked as non-returnable

  • Complimentary gifts with purchase, samples, or promotional items

  • Products purchased from third-party retailers, clinics, or marketplaces, please contact the original seller.

 

Defective / Damaged / Incorrect Orders:
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will replace the item or issue a full refund, including shipping when applicable.
